Approachable and helpful
Rosie is very friendly and approachable, and I'm grateful for her involvement in the sale of my property.
A Positive and Professional Selling Experience
I had a positive experience working with my agent on the sale of my property. She was patient throughout the process, kept me updated regularly, and was always available to talk through any concerns or questions I had. When high moisture readings were identified, she helped me find a builder to rectify the issue and repair the walls before the sale, which meant the property was able to pass the subsequent builder’s report. She had a good understanding of the market and negotiated well on my behalf, ultimately achieving a sale price that I was happy with. I appreciated her patience, communication and professionalism throughout the sale, particularly when unexpected issues arose with the property. Overall, I was pleased with the outcome and would be happy to recommend her.
