Another great sale

Mel gets the job done. This is the 5th purchase or sale transaction we have done with Mel in Taumarunui. She knows her market well and has a good list of buyers and investors to purchase any type of property. Mel's dedication to her work doesn't stop at the sale or purchase of a property, as she is willing to help in any way she can (recently she found a carpet layer for us and a person to assist him in removing and installing doors, for an unrelated rental property that we are not looking to sell! It was proving difficult to get the other carpet layers in the area to come and quote on the job). We will most certainly continue to work with Mel in the future.
