Was very helpful with the whole process and easy to communicate with. The reason for not giving a five star is the most important part was left out, which was the noisy neighbours we sitting with and all the boy racers down the street. I was hoping coming from Gisborne and not knowing the neighbourhoods in Palmy he would have warned us, seeing it is a lot of money we paid.
