More than excellent in every way

I first met Belinda when she came into the home I had been renting for some years. Unfortunately, the owner of the rental property had passed, and the residence was being put up for sale. Belinda was very thorough with the marketing of the property giving special attention to promoting it an investment that came with a long-term tenant, doing her best to make it possible for me to stay. During this process my situation changed and enabled me to look at purchasing the property. After call to Belinda to advise her of this she was genuinely happy for me. Belinda then advised of everything I had to do to get an offer underway, from recommending mortgage brokers and lawyers. Next thing I knew I was a homeowner. Belinda made the whole process very easy and understandable. I can not praise Belinda enough for the kindness, empathy and work she put in to secure a home, in a situation that could have been very stressful.
