Caught in market change

Trevor’s market knowledge, communication & professionalism was very good, however no agent could have predicted that one month everything was selling, next month barely any viewings & nothing selling. This is where we were caught out, however we pressed on as we had made an offer on another property. Trevor was resourceful, working hard to garner interest in a no-interest market. We sadly had to withdraw from the property we were seeking to buy. Eventually, Trevor got us an offer that was below our earlier expectations, but we accepted as we were half packed & ready to move on.
