She truly understood how much this home meant to us and how closely it aligned with our values. She took the time to genuinely get to know us and even suggested writing a letter to the sellers, which made a real difference in helping us secure the home. Her communication was clear, supportive, and reassuring throughout, making the process far less stressful. She also went above and beyond with thoughtful, personal touches, including gifts that reflected our interests and even a Christmas present in our mailbox. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
