Fabulous and Hardworking Agent!!!!
Andrea has just sold our property that was on the market for only 3 weeks! She did such great job communicating to us from the initial appraisal, Open Home feedback and numbers that came to them (which was a lot to our surprise), following up with all those groups and targeting prospective buyers for us to in the end getting a SOLD sign up and getting it all ‘across the line’ nice and smoothly. Her hard work behind the scenes to prospective purchasers resulted in us receiving 5 offers at tender date! Amazing!! She knows the market and her stuff.
