Robin was our guardian Angell!

We hired Robin to sell my father's property. The house had been rented for many years and needed quite a bit of work to prepare it for sale. To make matters even trickier - we lived out of Wellington so had to manage things at a distance. Thankfully we hired our guardian angel Robin! All I can say is that having a real estate agent who is also a builder is a huge benefit. Robin was able to identify the areas a building inspector might pick up and then took care of the repairs and maintenance (which we paid him for). He also managed various contractors and helped prepare the house for sale. Seriously, this is a guy who loves property - inside and out!
