Build Here and Enjoy the View!

Looking for a section where the outlook is better than your neighbours fence? Come and view this section at 466A Carrington Street. This 619sqm section sits in Upper Vogeltown, giving you a great opportunity to build a home that makes the most of the elevated position and the views. Look out across the rooftops towards Mount Taranaki, with a leafy bush outlook stretching across the horizon and well as a lake at the bottom. It’s a setting that gives you a little more than your standard suburban section. Imagine designing your home around the outlook, positioning the living spaces and outdoor area to make the most of those views. Being that the flat building site is limited the opportunity to design a home to cantilever over the trees, relocate a home on elevated piles or come up with your own ideas, this location and the price will definitely appeal. The location stacks up too. You’re close to Vogeltown Park, local schools, walkways and everyday amenities, while being just a short trip into central New Plymouth. The Huatoki Walkway also runs through the area, linking local green spaces and providing an easy way to get out for a walk. Call Sam or Sarah today for more information.
