Buyer's review
Disappointing experience for first home buyers
As first home buyers, we were disappointed and disheartened by our experience with Ashlee. From the beginning, there were ongoing communication issues, including arrangements being communicated to us before they had actually been agreed to by the vendors. This caused unnecessary confusion, stress and delays throughout the process for us and our lawyers. There were also several occasions where issues were attributed to the vendors being elderly and difficult. We felt this to be an unfair excuse for the happenings even if it was true. While Ashlee was friendly and pleasant to deal with personally, unfortunately our overall experience from start to finish was not a positive one. As first home buyers, we had hoped for clearer communication, better organisation and more reliable guidance throughout what should have been an exciting milestone as our first family home. We remember the entire experience as stressful, confusing, and frustrating.
