A sellers' experience

Prior to selling my house , I had quite a few agents around to get a feel for what I needed to do to get my house ready for market and also get a feel for the agent . It was my priority to have an agent that is relatable , experienced, kind, respectful and empathetic. Sarah was all of that from her very first visit. She provided useful feedback for me to work with to make the house presentable and practical. She made it her priority to understand my needs and future plans as a seller and chose a marketing strategy and price point to accommodate my needs. Once Sam also came on board , I had even more support and practical advice . They were clear on their expectations from me and explained the process. Communication was superb; I always felt I was involved and informed . I knew immediately after listing I'd chosen the right team and couldn't imagine going with anyone else. Team Sarah and Sam are brilliant and having had multiple conversations with multiple agents over the years , they make the rest a shadow compared to them.
