Looking out for tenants

When I contacted Brad regarding a property I was interested in, he advised it was only short term He pointed out this rental which to me didn't seem attractive from the add, but he said it was worth looking at, and when I looked I loved it. And he put everything in motion for my application. Best move I've made.
