Wonderful Job

I sold my properties at 9A and 9B Elizabeth Ave, Upper Hutt, with a settlement date of 27 January 2025. Mo Bradshaw and Harry Lamb were my real estate agents taking care of the sale on my behalf. Mo and Harry did a wonderful job in getting my properties sold. Mo and Harry worked hard to get the sale across the line. The potential buyer ended up buying the property thanks to Mo and Harry. Mo and Harry always kept me informed during the whole process. On a couple of occasions, I called both Mo and Harry when I felt stressed due to fear that the potential buyer may pull out. Mo and Harry always took my calls or called me back even if it was after normal work hours or weekends. Mo and Harry always provided me with some comfort that they would get the sale across the line. The sale went through to my great joy and relief. I feel very appreciative for the hard work that Mo and Harry put in to get my property sale across the line. I will always recommend Mo and Harry to any potential seller. I will always say to potential sellers that Mo and Harry got my property sale across the line despite complications with the cross lease title.
