I had always been lead to believe that house selling was one of the “great stresses in life”. Not so if you have Harry looking after things. We followed his recommendations and marketing advice and my goodness, that was exactly the right thing to do. Selling our house was totally stress free. The marketing was superb and we had a pre-auction offer in 3 days with a higher offer at auction a few days later. It all happened within a week!
