Right from the get go, Alice was organized with a positive and vibrant attitude. She visited our property with back ground knowledge of the past and current market sales figures for similar sized houses in the area, so there were no unrealistic expectations of what to set our price range on. From there, Alice introduced us to her team Aaron and Katlin who helped with the marketing and open homes as well as some private viewings and even a video viewing. Their marketing strategy was extremely professional, from supplying and setting up their own staging furniture in one of the bedrooms to setting up the TradeMe advertisement complete with drone footage and a video tour of the property which featured Alice herself, which was second to none! This attracted multiple offers on the property which sold within approximately 6 weeks of going on the market. Throughout the entire process, we found Alice, Aaron and Katlin kept us well informed of what was going on immediately after open homes and with possible prospect buyers so we were never left in the dark. Alice also gave us the option of what best way for our family to communicate with her and the team, which resulted in her setting up a group chat on Messenger, which proved to work extremely effectively as nobody was left out of the loop and decisions could be made unanimously. All in all, we are extremely impressed with the professionalism of Alice and her team. We couldn't be happier with the results they provided.
