It was never going to be easy!

At the outset Mark was quite frank about the difficulties of selling a single bedroom apartment - even if it was quite a large one and in a desirable area. And that was before the massive housing downturn hit us. But, Mark persisted and gave us good advice on what we needed to do to improve our chances - simply to get a response from the market. Ultimately his patience and diligence paid off. Mark has been around a long time, he knows his business. He is honest and up-front in his opinions and advice - and never gives up trying.
