Catherine exceeded all expectations

As a first home buyer, my partner and I were overwhelmed by what has happened to the property market over the last 12 months. There were times where we felt stressed, discouraged, and exhausted. Despite having a 20% deposit and the bank's support, we came to a point where we thought that we would never be able to purchase a home. We missed out on several homes. Even some Real Estate Agents appeared to be surprised by how quickly prices were rising on some of them. Some of the agents proved to be less than helpful and appeared to be more interested in the "big buyers" than first home buyers. Throughout all of this, there was one "Bright Shining Light". Her name was Catherine and she was amazing. She helped us throughout the entire adventure, she was patient and she encouraged us whenever we felt a little down. We recently moved into our new home and we love it. It is in a good location, meets our needs perfectly and the price we paid for it was fair and reasonable. What else could anyone ask for? Thank you, Catherine, we are extremely lucky to have met you and we just can't think of being in the same position that we are in now if we never met you and we are forever grateful. Thank you.
