Not your typical salesperson

We were selling in difficult circumstances and Harry was empathetic and genuine in his interactions with me and my elderly father. He explained everything clearly and offered us choices over most decisions. He wasn't pushy and our conversations felt personal, not scripted. Sue was efficient and helpful with all the admin. We were very happy with the outcome which happened without any fuss or drama, and I'm sure there was a lot more work put in behind the scenes by Harry and his team than he let on.
