The marketing, photography, open homes and online listing were all handled professionally. Throughout the campaign, Luke was proactive and kept things moving. I never felt that I had to chase him for updates or wonder what was happening. When questions or issues arose, he was calm, responsive and practical, and helped me work through the options without making the process more stressful than it needed to be. I particularly valued the way Luke handled negotiations.
