Harry came to us with a friendly and warm manner and we clicked with his personality and professionalism from the get-go. His knowledge and advice for us was vast and even-handed, we never felt pressured our swayed during the discussion around marketing, decision making or when it came to having offers presented. He explained the process clearly, including all our options and made sure we had access to outside information (such as sorted.govt) also. We also felt he had an obvious passion for his role and enthusiasm for the opportunity to be our agent, and was available to us for any questions and help we needed along the way. We are very happy with how he, and partner Chris, marketed our home, and felt total trust in him..so much so that we went away for several weeks and left them to it!
