The Power of a Good Reference

A friend of ours referred us to Alice. From our very first meeting we knew Alice had listened and noted who we were and what we were about. There was no over promising or grandiose spiel about all the team's previous achievements it was all about what our circumstances were, what the market is doing and a plan to move forward based on how best to achieve the outcome we needed under current (difficult) market conditions. Alice read the local market really well and presented a strategy that worked around these obstacles and after a few very quiet open homes was able to identify a potential buyer. Upshot is that in this "buyers' market" we were able to complete the deal within 4 weeks and get what we wanted, so that makes us a couple of happy vendors.
