Friendly and accommodating

Meg was very professional and was diligent as a go-between for us and the seller. She was very responsive, quickly obtaining answers to question we had. We appreciated the way Meg made herself available when we wished to view the property again before making an offer and then again before the offer went unconditional when we wanted to take measurements. She was very helpful in communicating with the seller and arranging minor fixes and obtaining warranties highlighted in the inspection report and following viewings. We would recommend some more attention to detail. This would have picked up other minor aspects that became apparent through the process. For example a slight correction to the SAP that was needed, calculating working days over the holiday period, and a last minute discovery at presettlement that could have been noticed earlier. However, Meg was collaborative in working through these as they became apparent and we feel the smooth way the sale was completed was reflected in the way Meg worked.
