Gill Swale has Excellent Market Knowledge, Communication and demonstrates Professionalism.

Gill dealt ably in a situation where the purchaser's main language was not English. During the viewing Gill was faced with a situation where there was not just the purchasing couple involved but also a translator and a financial mentor. This meant that Gill had to communicate and convince a team of people rather than a couple or a single person. Gill produced a price range for our home. Most of the received offers were near the centre of that price range. This told us that Gill had done her homework and was familiar with the market. The accepted offer was extremely close to the top end of the range. {exceeded range by $ 1000.00} During viewings Gill always appeared tidy and well groomed. She stayed on site after the viewing time had officially finished when straggler's who had viewed the home were still on the section. This made us both feel that our place was secure in her hands. Ours is a "low immunity household." We requested that the hand sanitiser be used by the potential purchasers. Gill facilitated this with a very politely worded sign next to the login station. This for filled our request without offense. Gill was meticulous with the contract documentation. She explained not only the meaning of the various clauses but also their purpose. After each weekend's open homes, an email was received with details of interested and non-interested viewers. This made it easy to follow the sale process. Gill is a great communicator and on multiple occasions we received information from her that our lawyer had not forwarded. All of Gill's communications, verbal, email and text were delivered in a warm friendly manner. We recommend her to anyone who wants a smooth, no fuss transaction.
