Made Buying Our First Home So Much Easier

Buying our first home was a pretty big deal for us, and having Catherine Cawsey as the agent made the whole experience so much easier. From the first time we met Catherine, we just found her really easy to talk to. She was approachable, genuine and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions which, as first home buyers, we definitely had plenty of! Whenever something came up, Catherine was quick to get back to us and always took the time to explain things properly. What I really liked was that there was never that feeling of being "sold to". Even though Catherine was representing the vendor, we always felt that she was being straight with us and genuinely wanted to help get the sale across the line for everyone. We could have an honest conversation with her, raise concerns and ask questions without ever feeling pressured. There were a few points along the way where having someone who was easy to deal with and willing to help made a real difference. Catherine was great at keeping things moving and helping us navigate a process that was completely new to us. We're now in our first home, which is pretty special, and Catherine played a big part in making getting here a really positive experience. We're genuinely grateful for how she dealt with us and would happily recommend her to anyone especially other first home buyers who might be feeling a little overwhelmed by the whole process.
