We have got to know Ross over a number of years, when he had been selling other apartments at The Ridge - Spencer Road. Ross's knowledge of the apartments (pricing / market) made us confident on using him for the sale of our apartment. Ross's communication was excellent, selling over the Christmas period, and with A LOT of wet weekends, we thought the place would take a while to sell. Ross was flexible with showing the apartment on any day of the week, and I believe this is what secured the sale. A bit of movement from both parties and the sale was secured and we are very happy with the out come especially in the current market.
