The whole process of selling a house was made less daunting. Guidance, continuous communication and reassurance were of great value. From the initial meeting, to the photography, the open homes and prep for the same and final negotiations, there was never a time where we felt unsure or out of the loop. James did a fantastic job and was always available to lend a hand. His knowledge of the market and of Riverhead is fantastic and we couldn’t have wished for a better person to sell our house. He saw the value in the house and ensured we got a price that the house warranted.
