An absolute pleasure

We have met many real estate agents in Tauranga, but working with Lee Stringer was an easy decision for us. He's a really friendly person who is easy to talk to and has an absolute passion for his job. He worked right through the December/January holiday season, and even brought us an offer on New Year's Day. Lee doesn't rely on websites to work out what your house is worth. Instead, he really knows the market trends and accurately predicts what your house is realistically worth. He got a price for us that was well beyond what other agents said our house would sell for. Lee gave excellent advice, and kept in touch all the way. He even fed the cat while doing an Open Home! And then, when we had moved out, he called simply to thank us for leaving our house clean and ready for the new owners. Working with Lee Stringer is an absolute pleasure. We would absolutely buy and sell with Lee again.
