Best deal ever

Paige is simple amazing, she took care of everything. I contacted her about a month ago and she had the place staged (yes our cost but not much) and a video, photos and trademe all at there expense. it was on the market Thursday, open home Sunday, offers Tuesday and sold that night cash unconditional for 20k more than we where after.
