Phil is a great agent who knows his stuff and the specialist market he works in - rural lifestyle. I had not met Phil before meeting him at this property but found him pleasant to deal with, straight up, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He listens, and is not pushy. I have been looking for a property for a year and over that time have been to many open homes and dealt with many agents. Phil, Doug (who he was working with on this listing) and two other agents really stood out to me as excellent. More than happy to recommend.
