Robyn, Phil and Char were a great team to work with during the sale of our rural property. Robyn and Phil provided a realistic appraisal of the property's value; and honest, well-considered advice during a very challenging period for lifestyle property sales. Char was also very efficient with handling all the administration related to the marketing and sale of the property. Robyn and Phil went above and beyond to sell the property, offering additional marketing for free when they thought the property needed an extra boost to get in front of more buyers. They showed persistence and determination when we were ready to give up, and ultimately found us a buyer who fell in love with the property and paid a fair price that allowed us to move on to our next property.
