Amanda did everything in her power to sell our property making it appear as appealing as possible to prospective buyers. She initially put an excessively high price on our property in the hopes we could get the best possible price for it, but we felt it was possibly a little too high and so we dropped $100,000 off the initial asking price. With this new price drop, instantly our property became more desirable for prospective buyers and we sold it within the week getting the price we listed it for.
