The roadside appearance of this character bungalow gives away no secrets, it’s all happening behind the scenes here.
Step through the enclosed entrance and discover a welcoming blend of bungalow character and modern upgrades that makes you feel at home. From the undercover wrap around deck to the second deck off the separate lounge, there’s space for a full house. Kids and pets can tear around the lawn and across the deck while others can catch some quiet time in the living room, or gather in the kitchen, where the large kitchen island sits six, and the oven can cater for twelve. There is space for a second refrigerator, handy when the big events happen and the walk-in pantry is brilliant. The dining area catches the morning sun, fling the French doors open to welcome it in.
There are three double bedrooms in the home, one with an ensuite, and this bedroom opens to the second deck. Another bedroom has direct access to the main bathroom which has a bath and a shower. Gas heats the hot water in the house, and the self-contained flat has its own hot water cylinder. The one bedroom self-contained flat sits above the double garage, super handy for family and friends staying over, with a small bathroom and kitchenette.
Along with the modern kitchen and bathroom, the home has received an electrical upgrade, new insulation and the roof was replaced in 2020. Private, yet conveniently positioned near the river walkway and local schools, this is a property that family and friends will gravitate to for gatherings, and where memories will be made. From family living to guest accommodation, this home has space for every occasion.
