My agent had good market knowledge of the rental and sales markets and I trusted her. She found good tenants for me and was quickly onto any maintenance or other issues that arose. I found her to be professional, approachable and a good communicator. I would recommend her as a property manager and not hesitate to use again.

Julie, the property manager at PGG Wrightson, has a real knack for picking the right tenant for my rental. Because of that, I've never had a problematic tenant. Julie is quick, professional and genuinely caring in everything she does. She's the perfect go-between for tenant and landlord. She knows the rental market inside out, and she knows the local tradies and how to deal with the council. That means urgent maintenance gets sorted fast and at a fair price. With Julie looking after things, I know my rental is in good hands. I trust her judgement, and every dealing I've had with her has shown me she's honest and upfront.
