Diamond amongst the Ruff

Being one of those cynics of Real Estate Agents I am pleased to say I found an exception in Gareth Heard. Gareth comes from a building background immediately saw the quality of my home. He was honest, open and never once attempted to manipulate the sale even when it had been listed for a while. Gareth has a good assessment of the market and local area which meant he knew my home would take a little longer to sell and he rode with the plan all the way. I highly recommend him.
