Fi was a fantastic agent to deal with. She was available by call or txt for all our questions as first home buyers. She was able to show us a helpful breakdown of the local market, and an understanding of the vendors general feeling towards needing to sell, or having time to wait for offers. She clearly communicated that our first (low) offer was some distance from what would be seriously considered, which was incredibly helpful. In every interaction with Fi, my wife and I felt that we were moving forward in measurable steps toward taking ownership. Her experience, and professionalism helped us move final settlement around in a way that works best for us and the vendor. For which we are grateful.
