Jeff market knowledge, communication and professionalism was excellent

jeff came to asses our property and understood our requirement and expectations very clearly. we felt very comfortable from his approach and understanding . he explained us his strategy of hoe to list the property on the market in the current market . after listing the property he gave us few ideas like staging the property. we had lot of people through in open homes and jeff always gave us update after every open home. he has taken extra care of our property during open homes and in between as we have moved out of Ashburton. that extra effort from jeff was quite touching and extraordinary we are quite sure no other agent would have gone to that length. he helped us through negotiations and gave us the best possible price as possible in that tough market while being fair with the buyers also. we would highly recommend jeff over anyone and would definitely work with him in the future . thank you jeff for a very pleasant and satisfying experience overall.
