Have dealt with a few agents over the years, Peter was by far the stand out for me, easy going, never felt pressure to move in a certain direction, just all round good vibes, really appreciate the way he does things. Peter set outs realistic expectations based on market data plus a bit of gut feel. None of this overinflating (or underinflating) information about the market to get you signed up for a quick turnover sale...possibly the most honest Real estate agent in Invercargill.
