even though the market had dropped due to govt interference with cash rates and bank lending, Pam continued to have open homes and promote our home to possible buyers, her knowledge of good locations for buyers is helpful for the out of town customers.

I was very impressed from the start with the professionalism I experienced. It took a while to sell my house with the market decline atm but Pam and team never gave up. If I had to criticize anything sometimes they forgot to ring after a viewing so I could go back home but they were probably taking them to other homes as well.
