This was a tough sale, but Pam and Abby hung in and got a very good result for us. Particularly grew to appreciate the advice around decluttering the house, and keeping it spic & span, as we have been put off many houses that we have potentially looked at for purchase due to poor presentation. At times Pam and Abby had to deal with a couple of cot cases (i.e. us) through the process, but managed to portray a confidence that the track we were on was the right one....and so it proved. Pam and Abby are a great team! They were enthusiastic and excited to market our wee property in difficult market conditions. My wife and I live overseas which made it hard with the time difference. But we received updates regularly and we had video meetings to discuss how things were progressing. We were very impressed with how much effort they put in during the sale. Nothing was too much trouble. Pam suggested the living room needed painting and they actually did themselves. It looked great! Also, as our tenants had moved out and the property was empty, we were offered to some lovely display furniture, free of charge. After the sale, Pam and Abby also arranged storage for our belongings.
