A painless process following a clear pathway to success.

Despite the so-called sellers market for Twizel, an agent still has to find the buyer. From early discussions with Coralie and a walk through review of our property with her, we emerged with a list of 'to-do's' that we moved forward with. Approximately 5 weeks after listing, Coralie had an offer for us and that moved forward to a confirmed sale. During the journey we were kept up to date with potential buyer feedback so she managed our expectations well. Overall the sale was relatively effortless ( tidying up the property perhaps less so ) right through to the handover day last weekend. Sellers market may be an over statement but we always felt looked after, communicated with, and understood where we were in the process. Selling a house doesn't happen a lot in the average persons life time so we appreciated the guidence and mentoring.
