Personal touch with outstanding service

Jess and Ollie marketed and sold my property for me while I was in Christchurch and busy with work. We met together and got a plan going and all the way along they worked with me to help resolve the smaller things that made a difference to getting the property sold. We had a tenant who lived in the property at the time and they were very respectful of them and worked well with communicating and getting the best outcome for all parties. When I first listed my property I interviewed a number of agents and felt Jess and Ollie had the right attitude and approach and would best engage with prospective clients and that proved to be correct. We sold the property for a good price and more importantly got the home into the right persons hands. After we had sold it we had a long settlement period and during that time Ollie and Jess visited the property on a regular basis and even kept the pool vacuumed and clean. My job is to manage a team of professional sales people across the country and service, honesty and attitude is what I look for.
