Great communication and advice.

Pam and I were impressed with the street view of 84 Manor Place were very taken with the quality garden entrance and garage looking for a home with little upgrades needed. We met Agent Jacqui prompt to confirm our details and She was quick to the descriptive of property features. Quick to follow up and early in the week we requested a personal viewing and Jacqui confirmed the market interest and suggesting to be a serious offer as this was the perfect home for us. Recent emailed information from Jacqui, with LIM helped us to acquire pre arranged finance with the bank. Also delighted to get the affirmation of purchase where Jacqui coordinated documentation with lawyers, owners, and the bank and took much of the stress away in the deal. The advertised detailing images online encouraged us to see this property, featured rooms, stain glass windows, beautiful decor bedrooms, and modern kitchen.
