Selling from a far - easy unconditional!

We wanted an agent who would ensure our property was appealing to many at first glance. We had loved living in the space and wanted others to feel that too. We live out of Dunedin now and so wanted to be fairly hands off but with excellent communication so we weren’t sitting anxiously from afar. And we ultimately wanted a good price. We had previously met Brad when buying in Dunedin some years before, we liked his approach, open to interested parties but not pushy in sales approach. We sought a few appraisals from other agents but Brad’s response was first and he freely gave advice with our initial enquiry. This really helped us in the planning phase and was key in helping us to decide when to put house on market. Our extra requests were arranged and coordinated for us - gardener, staging, painter for some external and internal work. WhatsApp chat made for quick and easy communication. The property description felt reflective of space we loved and photos were excellent. I wanted to move back in! We had a top unconditional offer within a week of listing and within a couple days of first and only open home. From the point at which house was available to day of settlement was 17 days. We could not have asked for a better outcome. We would gladly enlist Brad’s expertise and service again in the future.
