Distance selling

We were referred to Karen by someone in Dunedin who knew her of reputation in Real Estate. We were selling a property in Cromwell and Karen also knew this area well. Every subsequent communication was highly professional, so we gained confidence before signing her up as our agent even though we never met her until after selling. Our confidence in her rewarded quickly, and even though the sale struck a very late hiccup (someone else down the buying chain couldn't settle), she found the right solution and our buyer was able to settle. Listing with an agent at a distance needn't be a worry, and by finding Karen it certainly wasn't for us.
