Good people who get results

Shane and Julie have acted for my family in a number of property sales over the years. I have been personally involved in two sales in two very different markets. The first time the market was very fast moving and over heated. Shane was incredibly helpful even attending an auction with us so we would feel confident if we had to secure a house using this intimidating method. He didn't have to do that, he is just a good guy. This time the market is the total opposite. Things are moving very slowly and buyers are very cagy. I knew that my house would take time to sell and I also knew that Shane and Julie would not give up and I was correct. They never pressured me to put my price down and they kept marketing and holding open homes. In the end it sold for the price we had set and I could not be happier. Not only are Shane and Julie nice people to deal with they get the results you want.
