Goes way more than the extra mile

Brendon is the sellers', probably buyers' too, ultimate dream. Listens to what you say and, whilst gently advising, allows your input to be reflected in the selling process. Gives options on the approach to be taken and recommends on the basis of what is currently working best in the market. Once approach, price, descriptions and the like agreed, gets on with it with energy. When potential purchaser raised requirements, Brendon immediately offered to deal with the issues, a couple quite testing, without wishing to add to his fees which, within the housing market context, seem exceedingly reasonable to me. I do not generally recommend anything or anyone but Brendon is perhaps, the exception that proves the rule. I could not recommend his operation more highly and assure any reader, that they will not be disappointed
