All information of sales relevant to the area was provided so we could see what the market was doing. A lot of information was explained in plain English. Having all the information on hand showed what the market was doing at any given time. Elman also explained the slump in the market and what we could expect with the prices moving. Elman was very professional with his communication to us, the information passed onto us and the final outcome. Elman's negotiation skills was a joy to see. Very quiet and very confident with his approach. And then suddenly the deal is done. Awesome.
