Having experienced Tamsin's approach on a previous house sale we did not hesitate to use her services again. Tamsin has in-depth knowledge of the process and a good understanding of market trends and where things were sitting for our location. Her communication is excellent - via phone, text, email and the marketing tools One Agency uses. We were kept very up to date with progress and had no need to chase her up for information - it was provided before we needed to! She showed sensitivity for our situation and circumstances. She provided great advice in terms of preparing for sale - and ran with our decisions. Tamsin went above and beyond what might be 'normal' for an agent in assisting us where needed. When some challenges arose for us during the marketing period she responded promptly and liaised with neighbours and others when we couldn't be 'on the ground' at certain times. She is very trustworthy and genuinely seeks to work in the best interests of everyone involved. We believe we only achieved a prompt sale due to her skills and experience.
