Consideration and results

First time selling a home, with the added pressure that we had a purchase subject to the sale. Glenda helped us prepare to present our home to maximize the appeal. We had a short showing period, but she was very mindful of planning around our need to juggle a baby and she made the time for a detailed private showing to our eventual buyer. Our sale price and conditions far exceeded our expectations. It's stressful to settle on your sale and purchase in the same 24hrs, but she helped us negotiate with both ends of the sale/purchase to simplify the process for us on moving day.
