Excellent work through various challenges

I have used Mike to sell my parents house before and of course used Mike to sell my property. I know many people in the industry, however, it is an easy decision to use Mike. He has exception knowledge not only of the standard processes but excellent peripheral knowledge with an engineering background and a strong supporting network. I would be confident saying there wouldn't be too many other agents around with the same level and skillset Mike has. To what matters most - the sale - Mike managed to secure quite literally a top end price. Unfortunately there were a few hiccups on the purchasers end which led to a longer timeframe I hoped for, however Mike managed to keep the sale together, keep both parties happy, and deliver a fantastic price. Without question I can recommend Mike.
